After their dvds others, it also has five different workouts 10 minutes. You can not say that you do not have 10 minutes to spare. It's funny, you just go for a workout, and before you know it, you've probably done by a second or third. That's one thing I really like the series 10 Minute Solution.
In the various workouts, it is lower body and upper body, cardio, core and one for increasing flexibility. The routines are all creative and interesting. You're not just doing the usual grinding, but different exercises to keep that freshness. Instructor Kimberly, is motivating and it makes it fun. Like the best cardio section. It makes it easy to follow because it is another good cuer. You always know what's next so it is easy to follow. I really like it and while it's not the biggest challenge is nice and blends my routine to keep me from getting bored.
