Nothing is missed in this workout by Kelly Coffey-Meyer! Format: A warm-up is followed by 5 unique training sections. Each has a cardio segment that is followed by 2 sets of weights for the upper or lower body. A short cardio burst packs a punch between these two sets before going on to the next section. After all 5 sections, there is additional abdominal work paced by a dynamic rock music track; the variety of the moves makes this ab work effective, but the music makes it enjoyable. The workout concludes with a full-body stretch to send you off to conquer the day.

Blends the intensity of Step with the Power of kickboxing. Kelly's superb cuing makes this unique combination really work. By using consistent eight-count patterns, she effortlessly inserts punches, jabs and kicks into classic step combos (eg "three repeater knee" becomes "knee, kick, knee").
