Patrick Goudeau - Kitchen Sink Conditioning: Total Body Training


Former U.S. National aerobic Champion and recepient of 4 OBOW Awards uses everything but the kitchen sink in this highly imaginative total body workout. Literally using whatever you can get your hands on; this workout will cook up an endless array of creative and tasty sculpting drills.
This is an OK workout. He's a great instructor with heaps of personality and he's tough and effective. For this, you need a step, multiple dumbbells, a stability ball, a rubber X-ertube, a medicine ball and a body bar. You use all of them at some stage or another. You do a lot of toning in this and begin with lower-body-toning that incorporates short aerobic intervals. He is always energetic and funnily enough, that makes you feel the same way and before you know it, you've done a pretty descent workout and feel so much better for it.
A mostly toning program that utilizes nearly every possible type of workout equipment (including a step bench). Quickly moving from routine to routine

Kim Alexis: Slim Slide Aerobic Workout


Slide coaching emerged relatively recently - in 1993. Her therapists have developed from Reebok University. Slide - the board can slide on the surface, carrying the lateral movement, in contrast to the usual movements in fitness, which mainly contains linear (back and forth) and vertical (up and down) motion. Slide track itself is a rug with a special sliding cover, with clamps on either side to change its length, depending on your height, leg length and level of training, they also serve as "reference barrier" to stop when you slide. Full length slide - 183 cm, width - 61 cm to the track has always attached shoe covers - special socks that are worn on the shoe.

Paul Katami - Burn & Build 2011


The primary workout is an aero / tone interval program that combines a kettlebell with a high step ("bi-level training"). Either piece of equipment boosts intensity - blended together they create a super-tough, super-varied workout. Each of the seven segments is different. Some are mostly cardio; some are all toning, and some intermix aerobic drills with fast-paced kettlebell "toning" (eg a low row with a lateral lunge on and off the step). The second workout is ab toning. It also features a huge variety of unique moves (eghow about "bench and crunch iso and leg chops with oblique taps?"). DVD includes a 25-minute, pre-workout tutorial. Requires a kettlebell and a high step (a regular step will also work).

The FIRM: Fast & Firm Series - Lower Body Sculpt 1


To do this workout, you need a range of dumbbells such as 5 and 8 pounds. You also need the Firm's FannyLifter, which is 14" step made up of 6" and 8" segments. If you don't have the FannyLifter, you will need a sturdy step of some kind.
The workout consists of a variety of classic lower body strengthening moves. You will do many leg presses, the Firm's signature move, some with tempo variations. Lunges, dips and squats are combined with an emphasis on the calf. There are two aerobic "break" segments. In other Firm sculpting videos, such as Total Sculpt with Abs, the aerobic segments are welcome breaks that give you a little rest while keeping your heart rate up there. Not so in Lower Body Sculpt I. The aerobic segments target the same muscles you were just working with weights, so it intensifies the sculpting effect.
